The queen size bed on the open plan mezzanine sleeps two and additional sofa beds in the living areas on the ground floor and mezzanine sleep up to two more people.

The Barn is constructed to make you feel at home, whatever the weather.

It's luxurious in a way that makes you want to kick off your shoes, enjoy the cool waxed concrete floors and the outdoors in summer and stoke the fire to sprawl on the mezzanine's plush carpeted living area in winter.

The entire space is designed to make the most of natural light and keep a comfortable temperature, all year round.

Skylights let in the light from early morning to late evening.

The sleeping area with queen-sized bed and living area with double sofa bed are upstairs on the mezzanine, with spectacular views from both ends.

The kitchen counter offers the best sunrise views through the back door, while the setting sun streams through the sleeping area and turns the harbour gold in the evening.

Downstairs, throw open the doors and include the outdoors in your space.

To the north is a private deck with a ring side seat to the nightly dance of the fantails.

Step out the back door from the kitchen to greet the dawn.

In the late afternoon, the trellised garden area and picnic table provide the perfect spot for outdoors dining, while Ota Point turns gold in the setting sun.

When you're in for the evening, head upstairs to the mezzanine where it's cozy, warm, and with a silence you won't want to break.

Everything you need to feel at home.

The Barn offers free, high-speed wifi, TV, and a full kitchen including tea and coffee, oven and stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and freezer.

You have a wok, frying pan, pots, pans, olive oil, assorted basic spices, and all the utensils you need to whip up whatever you'd like in the kitchen.

A gas-fired BBQ is right outside for your enjoyment in summer and autumn.

A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are on site, as is an efficient washing machine, clothesline, and drying rack for colder months.
